Notary and Other Services
Typical Notary services require the lawyer to verify your documents are originals and your signature is true. Ontario Law requires that notary services must be done in person. This provides reassurance against fraudulent activity that is becoming common in our new era of remote signing.
You may also require a Certified True Copy. Our lawyers will certify and attest your document as a true copy of your originals and provide you with the required affidavits attached to copies of your originals.
Travel Letters are good practice for families with children not accompanied by both parents when travelling outside of Canada. We will prepare the letters and the lawyer will witness your signature.
Transfer of Vehicle Ownership can be easily handled by our lawyers. We will prepare the letters and the lawyer will witness your signature.
Statutory Declarations require a Commissioner of Oaths to oversee and witness the swearing of the statements made in the document. In addition to a Notary, we have Commissioner of Oaths readily available to assist with this service.
